BL1M (BANTUAN LESEN 1 MALAYSIA) is the brainchild of SHEB(Secretariat of Urban Affairs) at the start of 2012 and started its pioneer program on 6th April 2012 and ended on 6 September 2012 at PEKAN, PAHANG together with KELAB KAWAN.

In this pilot program, we discovered many issues relating to the driving license and believed there is merit if the program could be implemented throughout the country.

The program was recognized as a National Program that would be implemented when it was announced by Hon. Umno Youth Chief YB. Khairy Jamaluddin during the 2012 UMNO General Assembly.

A study by SHEB discovered that in the past 10 years, more than 200,000 people have been found commiting traffic offences like driving without a valid license. In reality, the figure is relatively bigger as the undermining society views this context as a trivia as well as the lack of awarness in the hazards of riding without a license.
 
BL1M FACTS

Only for motorcycle B2 license application
(first time applicants only)
•
Targeted at 500,000 eligible Malaysian citizens
•
Open to applicants who do not hold any driving
license of any class age between 17 to 40 years
old on before 1st Jan 2013
•
This program covers all Parlimentary constituencies throughout Malaysia
• All participant will undergo courses set within JPJ's
test taking module.
STRICTLY NO SHORTCUTS.
• BL1M registration program will be running concurrently throughout the country after it's official launch by the
YAB Dato' Sri Prime Minister
• Participants who failed in their Computerised Test will be allowed to retake the test for 2 times at no extra charge
