BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Experience: Min 5 years
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the business development team.
  • Formulation of overall company strategies and business plan.
  • Provide regular feedback to senior management on business strategies and plan.
  • Provide forecast and updates on changes in competitors and ensure that business opportunities are fully exploited.
  • To provide regular analysis of existing and future customer needs so as to anticipate future sales and business opportunities.
  • Identify and generate new revenue streams leveraging off the existing platform and database.
  • Plan and conduct promotional campaigns with key customers.
  • Build alliances and partnerships to grow the business.
  • Manage and nurture relationship with business partners.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Computer Science/IT, Economics, Business Studies, Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years experience in a business development function.
  • Experience in internet business is an added advantage.
  • Experienced in dealing with government departments, an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self starter, with good business acumen.
  • Energetic, independent and self motivated to achieve goals set.
