Job Posting Title:

HELPDESK

Experience: Diploma or related field of study with 1-2 years in the service desk / call centre environment, preferably within the financial services industry.
Requirements:
  • Good experience and strong in people management skills.
  • Good in spoken & written English with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team, manage deadlines and work under pressure.
  • To provide on-line support through voice, e-mail & remote support to our clients.
  • Conduct troubleshooting, maintaining accurate call logging and tracking into helpdesk database.
  • To handle all escalation issues effectively & ensure agreed Service Levels are consistently met.
  • To ensure processes & procedures are consistently followed & produce service desk reports.
