| Requirements: |
- Experience in various aspects of computer programming, analysis, developing and testing
- Extensive experience in Rich Internet Application is an advantage
- Knowledge of Java, J2ee technologies i.e. Java, J2ee, JSP, Servlets, HTML, Struts, Spring, Hibernate.
- Well-organized, efficient, quick learner and self-motivated with ability to plan and prioritize work to meet the deadlines on time.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Maintains strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations
- Solid understanding of business practices with fundamental understanding of project management methodology
- Requires excellent computer skills
- Minimum 4 years prior Information Technology experience required

JUnit and Hibernate, XML and Web services.
- Experience in leading the development team with technical, solution
leadership.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
