CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

• Minimum Diploma holder.
• 1-2 years working experience preferably in customer service.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good personality.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Able to work in team, manage deadlines & work under pressure.
• To provide on-line support through voice, e-mail & remote support to our clients.
• To handle all escalation issues effectively & ensure agreed Service Levels are consistently met.
• To ensure processes & procedures are consistently followed & produce service desk reports.
• Must possess own motorcycle and willing to travel.

TELEMARKETER

• Minimum Diploma holder.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good listening skills and adaptable to different situations over the phone.
• Highly developed telephone skills and etiquette.
• Computer literate.
• Self motivated; a team player with positive attitude.
• Able to work independently.
• Experience in telemarketing is an added advantage.
