As a precautionary measure due to the rising number of COVID-19 cases in Selangor, we regret to inform that MYEG Customer Service counters are temporarily closed until further notice to ensure the health & safety of our customers and team members. Walk-ins are strictly prohibited unless with prior appointment. All self-collections are temporarily suspended until further notice.

With effect from 1 June 2020, employers are allowed to claim a subsidy of RM150 for every COVID-19 screening undertaken by their workers who are SOCSO contributors. Employers who wish to streamline the screening process are invited to register on our website here. We will arrange for COVID-19 screening to be conducted by trained medical practitioners at the employers’ premises subject to a minimum of 50 persons per location, adhering fully to the Ministry of Health guidelines. Workers who are not eligible for the subsidy can undergo the screening at a fee of RM150 per person.

Pre-orders for COVID-19 IgG/IgM Rapid Test Kit are currently on hold. Official orders will resume when we receive approval from the Government.
