Prospecting: Offer quotations to customer (Engage with customer via phone calls / emails / face to face and walk in customers).
To retrieve important details from customer to generate quotations & to complete the renewal process.
Closing sales: Get customer to make payment for our quotations.
To attend to customer further queries after sales closed.
Attend to all the sales leads provided by company / new leads.
To assist customer to solve arising insurance problems and continuous follow up with customer until issue is resolved.
Attending email from helpdesk accordingly.
Liaise with internal departments in order to ensure the renewal processing is smoothly done.
To achieve monthly sales quota set by management.
Responsible to keep copies of important document for safe keeping/future reference (hardcopy / softcopy : e.g payment slips)
Ready to participate company road shows to promote Myeg.
Providing correct quotation and explanations for expanding sales.
Able to absorb new knowledge and updated with the latest information on the products in order to provide quality services and to attend all inquiries by customers.
Ready to communicate with external agencies (Governments agency & insurance companies)
Ability to work on selected weekends (based on duty roster)
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
Candidate must be able to converse and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Preferably candidate with strong marketing skill and customer service skill sets.
Additional language or dialect would be an advantage.
Eye for details and accuracy.
